Took a walk around Horley Green, Shibden Valley and
Swalesmoor and hardly any birds seen in 2 hours and no
bird song at all apart from a couple of Buzzard screeching.
Horley Green had a few Blue Tits, 1 Kestrel, 8 House Sparrow
and a couple of Wood Pigs, Shibden had 2 distant Buzzard and
plenty of Crows playing vultures to the glut of dead Rabbits,
they're having a bad time at the moment with that new disease
thats flying about, Ringby lane had a few Meadow Pipits,
8 Linnet, 50+ Crows & Gulls and at the top field about 20
distant Pied Wagtails. but nowhere had a buzz of birdlife really.
